Background: Reporting to the CEO as a key member of the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) the Director of Business Development will lead and oversee the strategic tendering, grant application and growth initiatives of our charity organisation. This role is pivotal in driving revenue generation, fostering partnerships, and expanding our reach to new areas of work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, tender writing and submission, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for the charitable sector.
