Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £27,741 (pt23) to £32,234 (pt28) per annum
The post holder will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer focused service, leading a high performing team of Customer Services Advisors and support the Customer Service Centre Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining systems and processes that deliver a superior customer contact experience.
