Counsellor Mentoring Proogramme

Aisling Centre is pleased to offer a limited number of one-year sessional mentoring placements as part of a pilot project.  The successful applicants will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, keen to actively pursue personal development and growth as a counsellor and, willing to work withing the values, principles and ethos of Aisling Centre.  They will be joining a dedicated and supportive team of staff, sessional workers and volunteers.

Pppointments to the mentoring programme must be available to offer counselling to Aisling Centre clients on a sessional basis according to demand for one day per week and must attend a minimum of 3 group mentor meetings and 3 individual mentoring meetings over the 12 month period.
