Casual Support Workers

About the role

To make sure we are best placed to grow our services and to reach more people who need our support, we have opportunities for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of Casual Support Workers.  Working in our residential unit, education centre or within our community based services your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals who have varying degrees of independence to develop life skills, help with personal care and enable access to social activities including Gateway, Black Moon and wheelchair ice-skating to name but a few.

About you 

Experience is not necessarily required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.

Flexibility is needed as working times do vary and will include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins; we will however provide you with a rota in advance so you can plan your life accordingly.
