The postholder will work with the project manager to plan & schedule quarterly programmes, promote the activities in the local community and manage registrations & reminders. Please email jobs@solaswellbeing.org.uk for an application pack

1) Plan and co-ordinate the quarterly programme

  • Identify popular and beneficial activities which should be included in each programme
  • Explore new ideas for activities
  • Contact all sessional workers/facilitators to plan and agree activities, including times/dates
  • Create a quarterly programme leaflet to communicate activities with our service user

2) Manage registrations and reminders

  • Update our booking system for new activities each month
  • Record and manage registrations for group activities
  • Record attendance at drop in activities
  • Send out reminders for people registered on courses

3) Monitor and evaluate the impact of activities

  • Record attendance at each activity
  • Ensure client database is kept up to date with people accessing our activities
  • Develop and implement a plan to promote services within the local community
  • Actively develop partnerships & supporters to raise awareness of the organisation
  • Contribute to the development of new systems and procedures for attendance, registrations and monitoring
