Regular virtual sessions online for everyone:

  • all-ability fitness - adults and kids
  • music and movement
  • arts and craft - various ages
  • story-telling
  • meet our miniature horse virtually
  • live traditional music - adults 
  • live modern music - adults
  • dedicated teenage support for 13-20 yrs (closed sessions, subject to availability and application)
  • dedicated 'overs support for 20-35 yrs (closed sessions, subject to availability and application)

Existing members who need any other type of help should get in touch using the usual channels.

How to access this support

Our weekly schedule is pinned to our Facebook and Twitter pages and can also be found on the news page of our website.

  • virtual live sessions operate daily from our Facebook page
  • everyone is welcome to join in, you don't need to be a member
  • sessions are free of charge
  • you do not need to have Facebook to watch live, simply go to our page, and when the live event launches, hit play
  • most sessions are stored on our Mae Murray Foundation Facebook page and/or You Tube channel so please feel free to replay 
  •  existing members who need any other type of help should get in touch using the usual channels
