As many organisations are preparing to deliver face-to-face events, festivals and workshops, it is important that Volunteer Managers are confident that they can keep their Volunteers and the public safe. During this session you will get important advice and guidance on your responsibilities towards volunteers and the public during a pandemic.

This two day course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to manage your volunteers more effectively. It has been designed specifically for our sector by NICVA and Volunteer Now and provides you with a recognised ILM qualification.

There have been lots of organisations recruiting new volunteers and using existing volunteers to deliver new services, as well as individuals who have been volunteering to help during the Covid crisis.
