This exciting new national qualification was piloted last year, receiving high praise from both new and experienced advisers, wishing to refresh their advice knowledge and competence. The 10-day course covers all the skills, knowledge, processes and practice of providing multi-channel advice. It is taught via a face-to-face, on-line, placement, and distance learning approach allowing opportunities for application, including completion of forms for social security and tax credits.

This one-day course focuses on better mandatory reconsideration writing, advocating to the department and preparing a case up to appeal. A foundation knowledge of PIP, ESA and Universal Credit is required for participants.

This three-day course will fully equip advisers with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully and professionally represent their clients at the first tier Social Security Tribunal.
