Advice NI

This exciting new national qualification was piloted last year, receiving high praise from both new and experienced advisers, wishing to refresh their advice knowledge and competence. The 10-day course covers all the skills, knowledge, processes and practice of providing multi-channel advice. It is taught via a face-to-face, on-line, placement, and distance learning approach allowing opportunities for application, including completion of forms for social security and tax credits.

Since 1977, we have delivered free and independent legal services in social welfare law areas. Our services – legal advice, casework, representation before tribunals and courts – are available to the public and also to advisers working in the advice sector in Northern Ireland.
