Write Club (ages 13-18) - Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m.

Write Club is Fighting Words NI's free after-school meeting place for young people interested in creative writing - a hub for the wide & wild talents of teenagers who want to dive into their own independent writing. Meet regularly with dedicated Fighting Words mentors and fellow writers to share what you're working on and help you kickstart your next project. We have general Write Club sessions, as well as Playwright Club (for scriptwriters) and Write Club for Real (which focuses on journalism).

All of our Write Club sessions are happening online now. In the past we have held in-person club sessions at The Duncairn (North Belfast) and Hub Games (South Belfast).

We welcome new members throughout the year. We ask that a parent or guardian completes a registration form prior to the young person (under 18) attending their first session. Write to Hannah ([email protected]) if you'd like to get involved.
