Floating Support Services - Mental Health: Fortwilliam

Up to 50 places to help people with mental health problems remain in their own homes. Funded by the Housing Executive, this services ensures people can retain their independence with the support of outreach workers whose aim is to establish a sound working / therapeutic alliance so that individuals can overcome their difficulties & remain within the community.
