The NSPCC's Childline service is a safe place where children and young people can talk about things like family problems, bullying, abuse, self-harm and depression. Whether it's something big or small, our trained counsellors are here to offer a listening ear.

How to access this support

Children and young people under 19 can get support online at or via message boards at, or call free on 0800 1111 between 9am and midnight. Calls are confidential and won’t appear on a phone bill.
