Befriending (Reducing LGBTQ+ Individual's Social Isolation)

The aim of the Befriending service is a volunteer-led service and the aim of the service is to reduce LGBT individual's social isolation. This is done by introducing people to new social experiences; both LGBT and non-LGBT offering them the opportunity to make new social connections. The Befriending service offers befriendees six sessions with a volunteer befriender.
