ABBEY SureStart provides services for parents and children aged 0-4, in the following wards: Abbey,Cloughfern, Coole, Dunanney, Part of Monkstown, Valley, Whitehouse & Glenville.
To empower individuals to become more active in making the changes they want in order to get more from life. This will be achieved by providing a range of services at an accessible cost.
