Serendipity

My name is Freyja Seren and I have over 30 years of experience in therapeutic and crisis intervention practice, meditative dance and movement, and storytelling and poetic healing practice. I have worked across NSW Australia, California USA, and Northern Ireland UK. 

Currently based in a small seaside village on the north Antrim coast of Northern Ireland, I have managed projects in the voluntary and charity sectors practicing trauma-informed approaches to identifying and meeting needs of communities who are marginalised and unhoused. I offer workshops, courses, and 1:1 sessions in a freelance capacity to support wellness, healing, and spiritual integration. My practice is guided by the principles of the trauma-informed ​approach:
