NIPaS is affiliated to the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA) and is a Member Institution of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), which is the major regulating body for the provision of psychoanalytic based therapies in the UK. Through the BPC, our Society is accredited with the Professional Standards Authority. All full members of NIPaS are registered with the BPC and practise within its codes of professional conduct, ethics and complaints procedures.
NIPaS offers the only BPC recognised professional psychotherapy training in Northern Ireland
