We engage with communities, organisations and participants to design effective responses to their needs. We have a track record of raising the bar in relation to the quality of pathways between education and work, engaging those with the most negative experience of education and least engagement in further education and work transition initiatives. . Our most successful work has been in developing food literacy and essential skills for learning, employment and health. We design and deliver practical education initiatives in the community and in organisations, focused on engaging and empowering participants. Our services include:-
 a range of accredited (and non-accredited) training including OCN and CCEA. food demonstrations and courses on healthy eating RSPH accredited food safety level 2  training
 identification of training needs;
 development pilot programmes; 
 advice on strategies for recruitment & attendance management
 evaluations of current practice. Our work is person centred and we believe in working together with participants, communities and organisations.
