At JW we provide a range of services, practical guidance and innovative income strategies for charities and community groups. About us

JWJo Watson MinstF (Dip), Director, is a champion of the voluntary sector and creating social impact. She has a strong vision and passion for achieving results in a competitive business world through the merits of vibrant fundraising activities and meaningful charity partnerships.

With over twenty five years’ experience in the voluntary and private sectors she has considerable skills in strategic planning, financial management, influencing key stakeholders and fundraising for significant amounts both revenue and capital working for a broad mix of charities both national and local.  Recently clients have included a national childrens charity, the arts and local community organsiations with a social enterprise. 

Jo holds an Advanced Diploma in Sustainable Investment for the Third Sector with the Ulster University Business School and full member of the Institute of Fundraising. Amongst her many voluntary roles she is a member of the BBC Charities Appeals advisory committee, a member of BBC Children in Need NI grant giving committee and a member of Chartered Management Institute Board NI.

During her varied career she has built a strong network of people, organisations and associates who share her drive for business development and results. Currently studying for a Masters in Executive Leadership with Ulster University Business School, anticipated graduation Winter 2017.
