The Highlighter

The Highlighter is a monthly digital newspaper that retells the most important and/or popular news stories in a way that is easy to follow, understand and access.

By using easy-to-understand language, clear and concise explanations and a design that’s autism-and dyslexia-friendly, we hope the Highlighter will help remove barriers to accessing news.

The Highlighter is created and designed for an audience of adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or dyslexia or others who may find it difficult to access a tradition news format.
