Cool FM DJ Sonya Mac is running three marathons in three months – Belfast, Barcelona and London - for Cancer Focus Northern Ireland, the official charity for the Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon on May 6th.

Cancer Focus Northern Ireland is providing an art therapy service, free of charge, for cancer patients in Lisburn and the surrounding area. Running from 4th March, for six weeks, the art therapy group will meet every Monday at the Lagan Valley Hospital.

Loving couple Niamh McDaid and Danny Mooney got Valentine’s Day off to a heart-racing start - with a speedy 15k jaunt around Belfast to train for the Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon 2013.
