Belfast Works LEMIS+ Project

The Belfast Works LEMIS+ Project gives support, advice and training to help people who are not working get back into work. The project provides people of all ages and backgrounds with one to one support from skilled mentors and coaches. The mentors offer careers, education and training advice to help people get into employment, and the coaches work with people who are not working due to health issues, providing advice on goal setting, confidence building and health improvement strategies. 

The LEMIS+ Project offers support with everything from job applications, CVs, interview practice and training to confidence building.

Across Belfast, the Belfast Works LEMIS+ Project is operated by Ashton Community Trust in north Belfast, East Belfast Mission in the east, GEMS NI in south Belfast, Greater Shankill Job Assist Centre and West Belfast Job Assist Centre. 

The LEMIS+ Project is part funded through the Northern Ireland European Social Fund Programme 2014 - 2020 and the Department for the Economy.
