Our Admin Volunteers support our service delivery team in lots of different ways. One of the key tasks is to update our membership database, Raisers Edge.

Our Technology Support Volunteers help our members remotely to use digital technology. Many of our members use ‘off the shelf’ technologies such as iPads, tablets or PCs.

A Virtual Group Volunteer facilitates the remote social groups for our members. These are group calls which are either a video call or telephone call and sometimes working with British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters, depending on your chosen role.

Have you to the passion and energy to make a valuable contribution to our fundraising team? You will use your flair, enthusiasm, communication skills and self-motivation to promote Deafblind UK in your community.

Our Volunteer Telephone or Email Befrienders make regular phone calls or emails to our members and to chat about mutual interests and give them some support and friendship. This greatly helps to reduce feelings of isolation, which are all too common with
