Tender - Defining our purpose and vision and building capacity for strategic planning within the team

Belfast Community Circus School (BCCS) is looking for someone/an organisation to work with to review our existing purpose, vision and mission and (if necessary) help us to establish new ones.

To ensure we can use this work as a strong foundation from which to thrive organisationally, you will also be expected to build the team’s capacity, skills and knowledge of strategy development and strategic planning.

The focus of your job will be to ensure the team can progress development of a new multi-year strategy and strategic plan after this contract ends in March 2020.

In short, you will be helping the organisation to become more resilient and clearer about its social impact.
