Lidl Northern Ireland - Community Gift Card Service for Vulnerable / At-Risk Customers

As an essential service, our top priority over the past number of weeks has been to continue to serve the communities we operate in with the food and supplies they need in this challenging time. Over the past few weeks we have introduced a number of measures, such as our priority shopping mornings for the elderly, to ensure we are looking out for the most vulnerable in society. 

We are also aware that many of our regular shoppers are not able to frequent our stores at present as they are isolating at home. Thankfully, our team have been working in the background to develop a remote payment solution for vulnerable or at-risk customers. Starting Thursday, May 7th, customers can purchase a Lidl Community Gift Voucher, up to the value of £200, by calling our hotline on 0800-008-3016. They will then receive the gift card via registered post to share with family members, friends or a volunteer who can utilise these vouchers to purchase their shopping at Lidl.
