Law Centre NI Launches New Publication on Redundancy Rights

The Law Centre NI employment hub has produced a new FAQs document providing an overview of employee rights during a redundancy situation.

The document brings together the legal and policy expertise within Law Centre NI. It aims to help employees better understand what a redundancy should look like, including rules for employers. It also explains entitlements around redundancy pay, notice periods and some common issues encountered by employees.
