An Introduction to Advice Pro

This one day training course provides an introduction to Advice Pro, a secure case managment application. Effective case management is an integral part of the advice provision process. The practical course is designed to provide advisers with a good understanding of the features and functionality that Advice Pro has to offer.Who Should Attend: The course is designed for advisers using the Advice Pro case management systemFees: There is a charge (per person) of £100 to Advice NI members, £135 to Voluntary and Community Sector organisations and £175 to Private and Statutory Sector organisations.CPD Hours: There are 6 CPD hours available for this courseEducation/Professional Framework: This course can be used as evidence towards a range of units in our Advice & Guidance NVQ's and Legal Advice qualifications including Manage Personal Case Load (Unit 14).
