Consumer Council Online Parcel Delivery Problems Survey
The Consumer Council has launched an online survey to help find out more about NI consumers’ experience of delivery exclusions, restrictions or surcharges as a result of ordering online.

Given that almost half of Northern Ireland consumers shop online and a third of online retailers apply delivery restrictions/ exclusions to NI, we are keen to gather as much information as possible to help us lobby for change on behalf of all NI consumers.
