Citizens Advice Bureau launch latest Training and IT Products brochure

In it you will find a wide variety of high quality courses and workshops including our Overview of the Social Security Benefit System and Welfare Reform (Foundation and Advanced levels), Money Advice, Telephones and Triage, Immigration, Social Security Advocacy and Management training. In addition, you will find information on the IT Products we have available. Our Adviser Training Programme and Enhanced Foundation Money Advice (EFMA) are accredited with NI OCN at Level 3 and Level 4 respectively and many shorter courses and workshops have optional accreditation.

We are now offering our popular Adviser Training Programme in a modular format which will allow trainees to gain accreditation on the specific modules that meet their needs rather than having to complete the entire programme.

All our training is mapped to the Legal Advice and/or Money Advice National Occupational Standards.
