Aware Defeat Depression Support Group
Additional Support Group Opens
Local charity, Aware Defeat Depression is to start an additional group for people in the Derry/Londonderry area who are experiencing depression or bipolar disorder. The charity currently offer a group on a Tuesday evening at 7.30pm in their office on the Strand Road. The new group will offer additional support to those who may be unable to make our evening group, or extend the support available to those who do. Carers of people experiencing depression or bi-polar are also welcome to attend the group. The group is free and is led by trained facilitators who will offer a warm welcome to everyone who attends.
The new support group will meet every Friday, starting on 2nd November in the offices of Aware Defeat Depression, 56 Strand Road, Derry at 11am.
