Advice NI launches new course to support clients with addictions

Advice NI are pleased to be launch a new Wiseradviser  Course on Supporting Clients with Addictions. This course aims to enable front-line staff to recognise when clients may have an addiction problem and to be able to handle such situations with sensitivity, offering appropriate support and signposting to external sources of help.

This Anytime Online course can be completed at a time and date that suits you. 

As this is a Wiseradviser course it is free of charge to organisations providing free and impartial money and debt advice. 

This course is worth one CPD Point under the NIAQS (Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard) and will take up to one hour to complete.
