Advanced Mortgage Possessions

The aim of this course is to enable advisers to feel confident to represent clients in undefended mortgage possession proceedings in courts. Interactive activities will give you the opportunity for skills practice in a supportive setting. You will find out the options when possession action has started, what the court take into account and how to handle common proceedings.
