Include Youth are seeking to appoint a Youth Worker (Employability) based in Newtownards, with travel required to cover South Eastern Trust areas.
Job Purpose:
- To assess the employability and personal development needs of young people referred to Give and Take programmes
- To develop and deliver a young person centered programme utilising both individual and group work interventions which addresses the complex barriers to accessing education, employment or training.
- To ensure delivery on individual ESF targets/requirements and Health Trust Targets/requirements.
This post is funded by the European Union European Social Fund Northern Ireland and the Department for the Economy until March 2022
