Dungannon Youth Resource Centre (DYRC) is a purpose-built voluntary youth facility that operates in the centre of Dungannon. It delivers programmes around mental health, safety and awareness, risk taking behaviour, educational programmes, physical health and sports, and building positive community relations. The centre serves a membership of 250 children and young people between the ages of 10 – 18. The centre opens 6 days per week with the Education Authority as a core sponsor. Funding for the centre is secured until March 2026 although DYRC have built up a positive relationship with sponsors and are in a healthy financial position. DYRC has been an integral part of the community for over 40 years, making a positive difference in the lives of thousands of children, young people and volunteers. The management committee are now seeking to appoint several passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team, drive the charity forward and create the best possible service for those in the local area. We anticipate interviews to take place the following week.

These individuals will support the Youth Worker in Charge and Youth Worker co-design a new and innovative youth work curriculum for children and young people at DYRC.
