Re advertisement: Lisburn YMCA wish to recruit a dedicated, passionate and creative youth worker to manage its centre based and outreach provision.
The YMCA is situated in the heart of Lisburn and draws young people from across the city. This post is funded by EA through an annual SLA and has been running for over twenty years. It is a key position within our organisation and the post holder will be responsible for 70+ part time hours per week and a significant budget. We are looking for someone who can lead this strong team of part time staff and volunteers to achieve our outcomes. It is an exciting position for an ambitious person who wants to effect change in the lives of disadvantaged young people.
