Welcome and Engagement Administrator

100GPS is an exciting new development for the local area, and has been designed in consultation with children and young people that are involved in the work of both VOYPIC and Include Youth. Viable Corporate Services also work from the building delivering Bookkeeping, Financial Management Reporting, Human Resource Admin and Support to both shareholders as well as to the wider 3rd Sector. As well as offices for three organisations, the building boasts a range of dedicated youth spaces, including meeting rooms, an ICT and multi-media suite, classrooms, exhibition spaces, and a purpose-built sensory room.

The main duties of this role will include:

• Visitor Management and Event Support
• Security and Safety of 100 GPS
• Admin Duties (Include Youth)
