We are seeking volunteers to provide a professional service to callers to the Welcome Organisation through answering telephone calls, taking messages and referring to the appropriate team.

We currently have opportunities for volunteers to assist in our busy office across Mon - Fri between 9am & 5pm.

About The Welcome Organisation:
We help people affected by homelessness through a range of services including a Drop-in Centre, Street Outreach service, Crisis Accommodation for Women, Floating Support service and our Welcome Home project.

The Welcome Organisation services are ‘high tolerance, low threshold’ based on the principles of harm reduction enabling ‘reach and support’ to the most disadvantaged men and women in Belfast most of whom would be difficult to connect / re-connect with services.

Volunteers are an integral part of The Welcome Organisation's work. They bring experience and skills which complement and underpin the work of our paid staff.
