Upper Springfield / Whiterock Family Support Hub Coordinator /

We are looking for a person who has experience in working with families who are dealing with some difficulties but not requiring the assistance of social services .The post has been in place now for a number of years so it is well established with a large network of contacts and service providers  for whoever is successful to link in with. 

The hub coordination will be for 20 hrs per week with the possibility of further hrs been offered if required

The funding for this post is ongoing .

We will also accept an secondment
