Tribunal Representative Temporary Maternity Cover

The Tribunal Representative will deliver an independent advice and representation service on SEN appeals for families appealing to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDIST)

Temporary Post, Maternity Cover 30 hours per week.

               Salary £22,900 per annum

Essential Criteria for applicants includes:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience providing advocacy or legal advice in an employed capacity
• Experience of providing representation in Tribunal Hearings
• Hold a Degree or Diploma in Law
• Experience of Case Management
