The post holder will be responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of transitional support services for young people leaving the Give and Take Scheme. This post is funded for a period of 3 years by The National Lottery Community Fund
The post holder will be required to travel to cover the Belfast, Northern and South Eastern Trust areas.
Job Purpose:
- To develop and deliver the Include Youth Transitional support model for young people leaving Give and Take Core Scheme
- To recruit and support young people through our short-term transitional support programme
- To develop and implement a young person centred programme focussing on assessed employability needs
- To assist and link in with Include Youth’s Policy Coordinator to ensure that key government policies, strategies and programmes include Transitional Support for care experienced young people in ETE provision.
