TIDES full-time Good Relations Programme Trainer (for the Youthscape Project)

TIDES are seeking to recruit a full-time Trainer/Facilitator on a contract up to December 2021, to deliver the Peace IV Regional Youthscape programme. Youthscape is supported by the EU’s PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body.

Youthscape is a a cross border, cross community programme delivering high impact intervention programmes to some of the Region’s most marginalised young people in 5 locations; Enniskillen; Dungannon; Strabane; Omagh; Letterkenny; & Ballybofey.

TIDES staff will work in partnership with South West College and Donegal Youth Service staff to deliver Youthscape, an SEUPB Peace IV funded project.    The Good Relations Trainer will support the Youthscape Project coordinator and team in the development and delivery of all Good Relations training programmes.

The Youthscape project will have a youth led emphasis and will include activities in:

  • Personal Development
  • Good Relations and
  • Citizenship

The project targets young people aged 14-24 years who are most marginalised and disadvantaged supporting them to complete approved programmes that develop their soft skills and a respect for diversity.
