JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Therapeutic Programme Coordinator
Post: Therapeutic Programme Coordinator
Responsible to: Clinical Operations Lead
Salary: £32,909
Location: RFJ Head Office, Glen Road, Belfast, or Irish Street Dungannon subject to negotiation. Hybrid working may be considered, subject to negotiation.
Main Duties:
- Coordination of counselling and psychotherapy clinics in Relatives for Justice for victims and survivors of the conflict.
- To work with the Clinical Lead in implementing, coordinating, and delivering therapeutic support services..
- To coordinate inhouse and external referrals for counselling in Relatives for Justice.
- To work closely with the Clinical Lead in making referrals for clinical assessments, and to external partners and agencies.
- To work with the organisation’s health and wellbeing workers to ensure smooth referral and support systems for members of RFJ.
- To attend monthly Health and Wellbeing meeting, supervision meetings with the Clinical Lead and monthly offline supervision meetings.
- To liaise with the various partnership organisations, networks, statutory providers, and other relevant bodies with responsibility for victims and survivors.
- To ensure effective implementation of all outcome-based monitoring and evaluation systems as required by funders and accreditation bodies.
- To work as part of the RFJ team, ensuring clear communication systems and policies are adhered to.
- To promote and publicise the work of the Health and Wellbeing services of RFJ.
Terms and Conditions:
- 39 hours per week (including unsociable hours for which time off in lieu will be given)
- 21 (working) days annual leave per year (plus statutory days)
- Relatives for Justice does not offer overtime payments but operate a time in lieu policy.
- A lone worker policy is in place for the well being of all staff.

PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION
Job Title: Therapeutic Programme Co-Ordinator

Essential Criteria:
- A relevant third level degree plus two years’ experience of working in a therapeutic environment with victims and survivors of conflict harms.
or
A minimum five years’ experience of working in a therapeutic environment with victims and survivors of conflict harms.
- An in-depth proven understanding of the impact of the conflict on the bereaved and injured.
- Excellent working knowledge of implementation of good governance and accreditation standards in the field of victims and survivors and therapeutic intervention
- Extensive working knowledge of outcome-based monitoring and evaluation tools
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce of equivalent database programmes
- Extensive experience of and commitment to partnership and multi-agency working
- A commitment to the aims and objectives of Relatives for Justice
- A commitment to equal opportunities and human rights
- A driving license and access to own transport or proven ability to fulfil the demands of the post.
