Support Worker Permanent – Night Time Female*

We are looking for individuals who are committed, enthusiastic and self-motivated to join our energetic and dedicated team. You will have experience of working with marginalised people with a range of support needs and risks.

The ideal candidate will be able to positively engage with homeless people and have a strong understanding of homelessness issues. You must be able to work to the Welcome’s ethos of acceptance and delivering services unconditionally.

Hours of work: 77 hours per fortnight (usually worked 4 nights on and 3 nights off). 

Starting at 9.30pm and finishing at 8.30am 

Salary: £9.24 per hour

You must have at least 6 months experience working in a homelessness environment or experience working in a similar role. Proven ability to use a variety of I.C.T. equipment and software packages. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

The post is subject to enhanced criminal record checks by Access (NI)

The successful candidate must be willing to work overnight as required.
