The Support Worker is responsible for delivering support and care to residents whilst embracing and further developing the life sharing model and ethos adopted by Glencraig.

Due to the Development of our services we are currently recruiting for Support Workers who will work as part of a community whose purpose is to meet the physical, psychological, emotional and social needs of adults, children and/or young people with disabilities and challenging behavior. 

Several positions are available.

5 Point incremental scale commencing at;

£17,013 per annum based on full time, 38 hours per week.  Working pattern is based on a rota system that includes unsocial hours, evenings and weekends
