We are have immediate opportunities to provide positive and caring Waking-Night Support Workers to provide support to people with a learning disability through this tough time.

What does a Support Worker do?

As a Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will enormously contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable, dignified, liberated and happy life

  • Personal care – helping people get ready for bed and attending to personal care needs throughout the night
  • Supporting people to live independently – completing some light domestic duties such as cleaning, ironing
  • Excellent communication skills/relationship building – supporting the person to understand the world around them and promoting positive relationships.

Each waking night shift is 12 hours long and you will be working on a rota basis:
