Sound Designer / Composer

The Playhouse Theatre

To quote, please provide us with a quote for the proposed role. Please can you submit your quotation in the currency of € (euros) as the contract and payment will be in €.
The Playhouse Theatre Peacebuilding Academy is inviting a Sound Designer / Composer to quote for ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN 1972: Voices from the Heart of The Troubles by Damian Gorman, directed by Kieran Griffiths.

The Sound Designer / Composer should be available from end of February.

To attend meetings and activity on key dates including those listed below.

- Pre-Production meetings, including site visits.
- To oversee pre-production including managing the set, Sound, and deliverables. 
- To manage the production during the production tour (3 venues). 
- To be responsible for overseeing the get-ins, get-outs and returns etc.

Commissioned Playwright Damian Gorman, Director Kieran Griffiths and Theatre and Peacebuilding Academy team will select a creative and production team who are flexible and responsive to the creative process, and who are supportive of a community cast.

Key Dates

The get-in is planned in Playhouse on the Fri 17thApril with the production running 22nd & 25th April. The Production will then travel to HomePlace for one performance on May 1st, Get in 29th April (2 Days).
