Skills Trainer - Mid Ulster

The organisation was established in 2002 and has had a significant impact on the lives of thousands of people by supporting them to secure and sustain paid job opportunities through our dedicated employment and training team.

Verve is our award winning employment and training project funded through European Social Fund (2018-2022), Department for Communities and respective match funders and currently covers the Belfast, Antrim, Newtownabbey, Mid & East Antrim and Ards & North Down areas. We have an opening within our training team for a Skills Trainer who will develop and deliver a range of training programmes to ensure that each participant receives the training they require to provide choices for progression into employment.

The post holder will develop individual training plans for participants in line with their desired progression route whilst promoting and participating in the delivery of all NOW Group training services and products.
