To ensure the effective and efficient management and delivery of North Down and Ards Women’s Aid community-based and accommodation-based services to women and children experiencing domestic or sexual violence.
Key Responsibilities: - Ensure services are effectively delivered within contractual arrangements.
Ensure continuous improvement of services, staff performance and efficiency.
Recruit, train, support and deploy volunteers.
Support students on placement with the organisation. Represent the organisation externally.
