SERVICE MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to support the organisation as it moves into the next phase of organisational development

Main purpose of the post

The management of HR and Staffing issues

Assisting the CEO with financial reporting and financial management of the organisation

Infrastructure including office administration and IT

Supporting the CEO in the governance of the charity

Promote the interests and image of the Counselling service

Maintain counselling service accreditation with BACP

Responsibility for the service user experience.

Ensure a high quality of service delivery to clients is maintained.
