Service Administrator (Maternity Cover), Lisburn
Positive Futures
Positive Futures is Northern Ireland’s leading learning disability, acquired brain injury and autistic spectrum condition charity. We currently employ over 600 people throughout the island of Ireland. The Windermere Supported Living Service in Lisburn supports 10 individuals. With new referrals we are growing and looking for:
Service Administrator
28 hours per week, working pattern to be discussed at interview but would be preferable to work the hours across Monday to Thursday
Temporary for up to one year for maternity cover
The successful candidate will be based in Lisburn and provide administrative support to Windermere Supported Living Service.
What we need you to have:
- A minimum of 3 GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent) which must include Maths and English
- A minimum OCR / RSA Wordprocessing Stage 2 (or equivalent) OR typing speed of 50 - 55 wpm(NB a typing test will form part of the selection process)
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 2 years office experience, of which at least 12 months is experience of managing the administration of a busy office
