Service Administration Assistant

Location:  12 Heron Road, Belfast, BT3 9LE

Hours: 25 per week (Mon- Fri 9.30am - 2.30pm)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £21,840 per annum based on 35 hours per week (£15,600 per annum for 25 hours per week)

You will assist the Health and Care Services and part of the wider Business Support team across Belfast. You'll also provide efficient assistance to colleagues, members of the public and external organisations. 

What will a day in the life of a Service Administration Assistant involve?

  • General administrative duties including dealing with emails and answering telephone enquiries efficiently.
  • Welcoming clients, visitors and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Organising meetings and taking notes.
  • Data entry and preparing reports with great accuracy.

 

What do you need to be a successful Service Administration Assistant?

  • Excellent administration skills with great attention to detail.
  • To be outgoing with strong communication skills, you will be enthusiastic about customer service.
  • A competent and confident IT user particularly with Microsoft packages.
  • An ability to deal with queries in a diplomatic, professional and confidential manner, both verbally and in writing.
