Sensory Coordinator

Employers For Childcare is developing an exciting new indoor adventure centre - High Rise – in Lisburn (just 5 minutes from Sprucefield and the A1/M1). High Rise, which will open its doors in autumn 2019, will be open 7 days per week, morning until late evening and will include:

• Clip ‘n climb indoor climbing experience with 24 exhilarating challenges
• Multi-storey soft play area (up to age 8)
• Party rooms
• Corporate rooms
• Sensory and quiet rooms
• Café serving meals and snacks
• Changing Places accessible toilet facility.

We are now seeking to recruit a Sensory Coordinator. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating the sensory and quiet rooms, sensory parties and the needs of visitors who have additional needs and their families within the new High Rise activity centre in Lisburn. They will be responsible for providing a welcoming environment for people with learning, physical and emotional difficulties, including autism and those with Mental Health issues.
